Mission
Puretech’s mission is embodied in ‘delivering purity’. Our business is based on supplying systems of the very highest standards of integrity designed to ensure that whatever they are delivering arrives where it is needed completely unadulterated i.e. pure. To achieve this, the design and execution of every product and installation must be flawless, the most perfect it possibly can be i.e. pure. Anything other than our very best work is never acceptable.
Core Values
Quality
We are passionate about quality. This means delivering high quality, effective solutions on time and with immaculate execution, including how the installation looks as well as works. We believe that if you’re going to do it, do it right. If anything is not right, put it right.
Professionalism
Every employee has a role in ensuring that we deliver quality to our clients and how you conduct yourselves reflects on the perception of Puretech. Be proud of the work you do and do not let your team down with poor quality work or inappropriate behaviour. Do not do anything illegal, dishonest or indecent and show respect to the people you work with and those you come into contact with whilst working for Puretech.
Flexible and innovative
Approach challenges with a can-do attitude and strive to provide better products and systems and better ways of working. Every system we create is unique and new opportunities constantly present themselves, so we must work with a positive, flexible attitude.
Environment
Wherever possible look to reduce the raw materials the business uses, recycle the materials we do use and innovate to find ways of reducing any negative impact of our work on the environment.
Health and safety
Understand your responsibilities in terms of the health and safety for yourself and those around you and report any breaches in health and safety and any potentially dangerous practices.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct
The consequences of not complying with this Code, its supporting policies, and your employment contract could be very serious, including damage to our reputation, significant fines and penalties, and even criminal liability for individuals or the company. Any failure to comply will be fully investigated and appropriate action taken. Depending on the circumstances, this may include training, discipline, or other corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
